The Galvanized wire is a popular steel product that is used in various industries for various applications. It is a steel wire that is covered with a protective layer of zinc, which makes it resistant to corrosion and oxidation, significantly extending its service life. Applying the established standards, Wire Production LTD strictly follows the hot dip galvanizing process going through several steps including cleaning, etching, fluxing, drying and galvanizing. This results in a high quality product that is strong, durable and resistant to damage.
Due to its excellent anti-corrosion properties, galvanized wire has a huge range of applications in various fields such as the construction industry (rebars, fence panels and nets), the industrial industry (nets for filtering, sorting and distribution of materials), the production of metal products (nails , brushes, clamps), agriculture (building cages for livestock, building vines), household (various types of fences), automotive industry (various parts) and others. Wire Production LTD is a manufacturer of low-carbon soft and hard hot-dip galvanized wire using SAE1006 & SAE1008 steel to EN 10218-2:2012 / EN 10244-2:2009 standard. Depending on the zinc coating, we classify them into three different types:
– Minimum zinc coating of 30-780 g/m² (depending on diameter).
– Production range from 1.5 mm to 8 mm for HDG wires.
